AGM Services recently took delivery of three new VW Transporter vans for their spray booth service engineers, meaning the whole fleet now run on the new, bigger and more fuel efficient vehicles enabling them to carry even more spray booth parts than before.

Having an extensive stock of spare parts is critical to AGM being able to get more spray booth breakdowns resolved first time than any other spray booth service provider, meaning that as well as costs being reduced by eliminating return visits, spray booth downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.

Our growing fleet of remote engineer bases are continually restocked from our Head Office in Greater Manchester, with the most common spray booth parts for all make of spray booth ovens, including Spraybooth Technologies (STL), Nova Verta, Burntwood, Todd Engineering, Spraybake, Dalby, USI Italia and many more.

AGM Provides Spray Booth Calibration Certification Free Of Charge With Service

Health and Safety law requires spray booth equipment to be calibrated at least every 14 months. AGM can provide this service for customers and all certification required for audit is provided free of charge after servicing and tests have been carried out.

This includes:

Spray Booth Calibration Certification
Mist Clearance Certificates
Breathing Air Test Certificates
Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Certification to spray booths and ancillary equipment.

Although ideally done at time of service, these can also be carried out at separate intervals throughout the year to suit the customer.

In addition to providing these certificates for service work, AGM store all documents electronically providing an extensive historical record of works carried out for each customer, enabling us to provide at short notice copies of spray booth calibration and COSHH certification should you have an impromptu visit from the HSE or motor manufacturer auditor.

AGM Services organises a collection

Every year at Christmas Marie Edwards, AGM Services Business Operations Manager organises for a collection from the staff who would rather make monetary donations rather than sending Christmas Cards between each other. In addition to this Junair Spraybooths receive gifts from their suppliers to thank them for their business. It was decided, twelve years ago by the staff at Junair that instead of dividing the gifts out they would like to put them to good use. After much thought it was agreed that the gifts would be raffled off on the last trading day of the year and each year the money raised would be donated to a local charity. Junair’s Sales Office Manager, Elaine Butler volunteered to facilitate the event and to add to the fun Fiona Bradshaw AGM’s Operations Administrator and Elaine dress up in fancy dress to sell the tickets. To enhance the prizes, Agm Services, Junair Spraybooths and Workshop Solutions Directors also donate generous prizes. Prizes this year ranged from superb hampers of Champagne, chocolates, christmas cakes and puddings, an IPod docking station and bottles of whiskey, wine and tins and boxes of sweets. The total amount raised from the two ventures this year were £500 and will be donated to Springhill Hospice in Rochdale.
