Filters

It is not only the regularity of filter changes which will impact on the performance of your booth, but perhaps more importantly, the quality of filter media used. Filters supplied by AGM Services are made from fine, resilient materials which offer the best performance for effective filtration. Spray booth filters provided by AGM Services can be manufactured to suit any make of spray booth in any size as required by the customer.

Spray Booth Input Filters

It is accepted that particles greater than 14 microns will cause visible defects in paint finish. The input filter media that we supply is designed to remove all particles above 10 microns.

Composed of thermally bonded 100% polyester fibres impregnated in depth with a tackifier to prevent dust loss due to vibration, these high performance filters have high average dust holding capacity. The clean air side is reinforced with a polyester scrim to increase stability and ensure correct installation.

Spray Booth Primary Extract Filters

The Primary Extract Filter media we supply, or ‘Paintstop’, is provided in rolls of green and white and is the first layer of extraction from the floor or sides of the spray booth – depending on specification.

These filters can be supplied in roll lengths up to and including 50mtrs, and can be cut down to size to perfectly suit your requirements. These filters are free from dirt, grease or any other materials which may impact the efficiency of extraction you get from your booth. This is available in depths of 2, 3 and 4 inches. (50mm / 75mm & 100mm)

Spray Booth Secondary Extract / Pre-Filters

Our 290 Type Secondary Extract filter is made from progressively built up thermally bonded 100% polyester fibre.

It is non-toxic, with a highly resilient structure and, combined with the Paintstop Primary Extract filter is the most effective method of achieving optimum extraction from your spray booth. A service contract with AGM Services will provide these extract filters as standard.

QAD Filters/ Specialty Filters

AGM Services also supplies filters for Junair Spraybooths award winning auxilary air movement system, QADs. With regular changes, these filters will ensure that your auxillary air movement system continues to improve productivity and reduce operating costs, ensuring that the painting process is approximately 35% faster. These filters are purpose made for QAD systems and therefore provide ultimate efficiency.

Filters are also supplied for Wheel Preparation and Smart Air Equipment. AGM Services also supply filters for other manufacturer’s auxiliary air movement systems.

Spray Booth Regulator Filters

Supplied in single, 2 and 3 stages, spray booth regulator filters are a standard part of AGM Service Engineers’ van stocks and are therefore immediately available on request. These filters purify the breathing air through the air fed mask by capturing any loose particles which may be taken in by the painters’ mask, and should be changed on a regular basis. We stock as standard most Devilbiss, SATA and Parker Filter Regulator replacements but can source many others on request.

Replacements of any of these spray booth filters can be ordered through AGM Services.
