We supply all types of filter media including filters for 3-stage filter regulators. Bag Filters are manufactured to suit all makes of spraybooth oven. Available in roll form or pre-cut, all our products are manufactured from the finest, most resilient materials and achieve the highest levels of efficiency.
INPUT AIR FILTERS
It is accepted that particles greater than 14 microns will cause visible defects in the paint finish. The filter media that we supply is designed to remove all particles above 10 microns. Composed of thermally bonded 100% polyester fibres impregnated in depth with a tackifier to prevent dust loss due to vibration, these high performance filters have high average dust holding capacity. The clean air side is reinforced with a polyester scrim to increase stability and ensure correct installation.
PRIMARY EXTRACT FILTERS
Our PR100 Primary Extract Filters are supplied in green and white in roll lengths of up to 50mtr. Manufactured to EN779 Classification: G2 the filters are free from dirt, grease or other foreign matter.
PRE-FILTER/SECONDARY EXTRACT FILTERS
Our Type 290 Secondary Extract Filter Media is a progressively built-up thermal bonded 100% polyester fibre. It is non-toxic with a highly resilient structure.
REPLACEMENT FILTERS
Replacements for all the above filters are available from any of our service centres.
