AGM Services are pleased to announce the appointment of Dawn Draisey, who has recently joined the company as a Sales Service Manager.
As AGM continue to grow, a need for additional management of their customers’ scheduled services was identified. Dawn’s role is designed to enhance customer experience, ensuring customer queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Dawn’s role directly complements other recent appointments and together they serve to strengthen AGM’s market leading reputation as a premium quality spraybooth service and maintenance provider.
Spraybooth service history
Dawn will be directly involved in facilitating the operation of AGM’s customer information portal, which is specifically designed to manage spraybooth documentation, certification and service and maintenance history in one safe centralised location. Services or Breakdown call outs can easily be scheduled using the portal, and once the service is complete, documentation is instantly available to view and download via a unique login on the information portal.
