AGM Services are pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Aldred in the role of Service Contracts Manager.
Transferring industry experience gained within Junair Spray booths over the last 7 months, we are confident Ian will have an immediate positive impact to the business.
This new appointment strengthens our existing Operations Department team, enabling us to maintain and improve our high levels of customer care, which is the foundation for any successful business.
AGM’s Operations Department are the first call for any customers spray booth breakdown issues. In the first instance they use our in-house Technical Department to attempt to diagnose and resolve any faults over the phone, cutting out breakdown call-out costs and also minimising spray booth downtime. In the event a site visit is needed they utilise our national network of directly employed spray booth engineers, who have an extensive stock of parts inlcuding spray booth filters not just for Junair equipment but all makes of spray booths such as Nova Verta, USI Italia, Spraybake, STL, Dalby & Burntwood to name just a few. Any larger parts that may be required are usually stocked or can be made quickly at the group head office manufacturing facility ensuring spray booth downtime is kept to a minimum.
