We are pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Lumb to Operations Co-Ordinator at AGM Services.
Sarah joined the company as an administrator in 2023 and quickly established herself as a valued member of the team through her hard work, organisation, and positive attitude. Since then, she has continued to develop within the business while supporting both our customers and Spraybooth engineering teams across the UK.
Her commitment and ability were recognised across the industry in 2024 when she was named as one of Bodyshop Magazine (Plenham Ltd)’s “30 Under 30 Rising Stars” — an award recognising young professionals making a strong impact within the automotive and accident repair sectors.
Alongside her promotion, Sarah has also successfully passed her British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) P601 qualification in “Thorough Examination & Testing of LEV Systems.” This achievement further strengthens the expertise within our operations team and reflects Sarah’s ongoing commitment to professional development.
Sarah has become a trusted and respected member of the business, known for her communication skills, attention to detail, and support for both customers and colleagues. She plays an important role in helping operations run smoothly and supporting our nationwide engineering network.
