AGM Chosen by NCR Bodyshops for Site Conditioning Assessment

NCR Bodyshops are a multi-site bodyshop spanning three counties in South Central and the South West of England. Having been market leaders since 1986, they continue to invest heavily in their facilities to ensure they can provide the very best in modern repair technology for many years to come.

NCR Bodyshops have been a customer of AGM’s sister company Junair Spraybooths for nearly 20 years, having installed spraybooths and ancillary equipment at their Newbury and Basingstoke sites. AGM Services not only have a service contract with the Newbury site to service their three Junair spray booths but also at Basingstoke to service their two Junair spraybooths installed in 2013.

AGM Services enlisted for Bodyshop conditioning report

As part of a planned growth strategy NCR Bodyshops expressed an interest in acquiring a bodyshop in Swindon. In order to assess the equipment that the bodyshop currently had in place, Mark Rollings, Operations Director of NCR Bodyshops, contacted AGM Services to visit site and carry out a comprehensive conditioning report.

Mark Rollings, commented. “I felt it was wise to understand exactly what we were letting ourselves in for when we purchased the new site in Swindon. Spraybooths are a capital investment, a poorly maintained or dysfunctional spraybooth would have been a deal breaker in the procurement of this site. AGM Services were the natural people to turn to, they’ve always looked after our spray booths well, and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to their repair and maintenance.”

AGM Services offer conditioning reports free of charge, to service contract customers considering further acquisitions, ensuring loyal customers are fully versed in the equipment’s condition prior to making key strategic business decisions.

Fortunately the conditioning report came back favourable and the purchase went ahead. Our newly acquired Swindon site will go live in April, and AGM Services will be on hand for our scheduled services. Fingers crossed there won’t be any breakdowns, but knowing that AGM Services can get to site so quickly is very reassuring.”
