The new team members will provide additional resource in the East Midlands and the North West, areas that the management team had highlighted as having had an increase in volume as well as future potential growth. In order to ensure that our new starters meet the high standards expected at AGM Services they have initially gone through an extensive 12 week training period. This training is compulsory for all new spray booth engineers who join AGM and this ensures our engineers are fully qualified with all aspects of Spray Booth Oven service, are Gas Safe Registered and have all required Health & Safety training to ensure they work safely and professionally on our customers sites.
Our spray booth engineers continue to be some of the most highly skilled and qualified in the country, in order to maintain this, we provide on-going training and assessment of each engineer individually to keep them up to speed with latest Spray Booth developments.
